Best YouTube Influencer Marketing Agencies in India: 5 to Consider
Five YouTube influencer marketing agencies Indian brands can consider, with Kudozz first and four researched alternatives, plus integrations vs dedicated videos, how to judge YouTube creators and what to ask an agency.
YouTube works differently from Instagram, and an agency that is good at one isn't automatically good at the other. YouTube videos keep being found in search for months or years, viewers expect depth, and the creators worth paying are judged on average views and watch time, not subscriber counts. This guide lists five agencies with a dedicated YouTube influencer marketing service and shows how they differ.
Quick answer
Five YouTube influencer marketing agencies brands in India can consider are Kudozz, Fame Keeda, Confluencr, Kofluence and Grynow. Kudozz is featured first; it plans integrations, dedicated reviews and Shorts for brands across India, with creators chosen on average views and watch time. The other four each have a dedicated YouTube influencer page: the widest format and tier menu (Fame Keeda), in-house scripting and production (Confluencr), platform-led matching and watch-time reporting (Kofluence) and evergreen formats plus YouTube production (Grynow).
How we selected these agencies
This is an editorial shortlist, not an official ranking, and the agencies after Kudozz are not ordered by quality. Each was checked against its own website in October 2026 against these criteria:
- YouTube evidence: a dedicated YouTube influencer marketing page, or YouTube named in the agency's own influencer service description (we say which)
- Verifiable presence: an office address or city published on the agency's own site, recorded with the date checked
- Campaign capability: creator discovery, campaign management and reporting, not only a creator directory
- A distinct angle: production support, watch-time vetting, channel building, data platforms or local presence, so the list offers real alternatives
We have not audited any agency's results, creator numbers or client claims, and we don't repeat them. For the national list we only included agencies with a dedicated YouTube page; city guides also include local agencies that name YouTube in their influencer service.
5 YouTube influencer marketing agencies to consider in India
1. Kudozz
Kudozz is an influencer and creator marketing agency that works with brands across India, with a dedicated YouTube influencer marketing service. It plans the format by goal and budget: integrations for reach at lower cost, dedicated reviews and tutorials for depth, and Shorts for discovery.
Creators are chosen on audience geography, average views across recent videos, watch time and comment quality, not subscriber count. Contracts cover how long the video and description links stay live, pinned comments and usage rights. Creators get time with the product and a brief with must-say points, and Kudozz reviews each cut for accuracy and for YouTube's paid promotion setting. Reports track views, watch time, clicks and codes over weeks, and state which view metric they use.
2. Fame Keeda
Fame Keeda's YouTube page covers the full range of formats and creator tiers, with brand integrations and ad films with influencers as separate services. Its format list, from Shorts to celebrity integrations and ad films with influencers, suits brands that want every option from one partner. Website: famekeeda.com.

The table summarizes what each agency publishes about itself. It contains no ratings, because none of these agencies has been independently audited for this guide.
The YouTube formats an agency should plan
A good YouTube agency recommends a format for your goal and explains the trade-off. Integrations reach a creator's usual audience at lower cost but leave little time to explain; dedicated videos cost more but answer the questions buyers actually search for. Use this table to check a proposal:
| YouTube format | What it does best | Ask the agency |
|---|---|---|
| Integration | A sponsored segment inside a regular video; reach at a lower cost | Where in the video will it sit, and how long will it run? |
| Dedicated review or tutorial | Depth for complex or expensive products; keeps being found in search | How much time will the creator have with the product before filming? |
| Shorts | Discovery and quick product moments; cutting a long review into clips | Will Shorts be paired with a long-form video, and how will clicks be tracked? |
| Unboxing or first look | Launch-week attention for physical products | How are launch dates and embargoes handled? |
| Livestream | Launches, Q&As and gaming or tech demos | Who moderates, and how is the sponsorship disclosed during the stream? |
| Series or multi-video deal | Repeated exposure with one trusted creator | How is the series priced, and can we exit after the first video? |

How to judge a YouTube creator
Subscriber counts on YouTube are a poor guide, because many subscribers stop watching. Ask agencies to show average views across a creator's last ten or so videos, audience geography and age from YouTube analytics, watch time on comparable videos and the quality of comments. A creator with fewer subscribers but steady views from your target market is usually the better buy. Our guide to finding YouTube creators goes further.
Disclosure and contracts on YouTube
Creators should turn on YouTube's 'includes paid promotion' setting, which adds an on-screen notice, and in India also say clearly in the video and description that it is sponsored, to meet ASCI's guidelines. Because YouTube videos keep working for a long time, the contract should also cover how long the video and description links stay live, whether you get a pinned comment, and what happens if the creator later edits or removes the segment.
One reporting detail to agree up front: from 24 August 2026, YouTube counts a view from the first frame in every format, and the previous definition is reported as engaged views. Shorts view counts therefore look higher than before, so ask agencies to report engaged views, watch time and clicks alongside raw views, and to say which metric each number uses.
YouTube agencies by city
If your customers are concentrated in one market, a city guide lists agencies with a presence there, including local agencies without a dedicated YouTube page: Mumbai and Maharashtra, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai and Ahmedabad.
How much does YouTube influencer marketing cost in India?
There is no standard rate. Cost depends on the format (an integration usually costs less than a dedicated video), the creator's average views and category, production effort, how long links and the video must stay live, usage rights and timing. Published rate guides disagree widely, so ask agencies to price from current quotes for creators who fit your brief and to show creator and agency fees separately.
How to choose a YouTube influencer marketing agency
- Which format do you recommend for my goal, integration, dedicated video or Shorts, and why?
- How do you choose creators: average views on recent videos, watch time and audience geography, or subscribers?
- Does the contract say how long the video and links stay live, and whether we get a pinned comment?
- Will you review the cut for product accuracy and check the paid promotion setting before it goes live?
- How long after publishing will you keep reporting, given that YouTube views keep accruing?
- Which view metric will the report use, and how will clicks and codes be tracked by creator?

Conclusion
Choose the agency that recommends a format for your goal, judges creators on average views and watch time, writes video lifespan and links into the contract, checks disclosure on every cut and keeps reporting after launch week. Use these five as a starting shortlist and the city guides if your customers are in one market.
