UGC Content Production
Sometimes you just need the assets: product videos for ads, unboxing clips for a marketplace listing, testimonials for a landing page. We handle scripts, creators, shoots, edits and variations, and deliver labelled files in the formats and ratios you need, with rights cleared.
Who it's for: Performance, e-commerce and brand teams who know what they need and want production handled: ad creative volume, marketplace videos, testimonials or product demos.
What is UGC content production?
UGC content production is commissioning creators to script, shoot and edit content in a natural, first-person style that your brand then publishes, mainly as ads, product page videos and social posts. The creator doesn't post it on their own profile. You pay for the assets and the right to use them, not for reach.
How it works
Brief & Scripts
We turn your specs into talking points, hooks and shot lists, written the way people actually talk about the product.
Creator Casting
We cast creators for on-camera delivery, setting and audience fit, and you approve the casting before products ship.
Shoot & Edit
Creators shoot to the shot list; we edit into the lengths, ratios and hook variations each placement needs.
Review & Delivery
One revision round against the brief, then labelled files, raw footage and a rights log in a shared folder.

Questions about UGC content production.
Enough to test more than one angle. For ads, we usually suggest several hooks per product and at least two or three creators, so you learn which message works rather than which face. The right number depends on your ad spend and how often creative needs refreshing.
Not by default. UGC production is made for your channels. If you also want it on the creator's profile, that's a separate deliverable with its own fee and disclosure.
It depends on the contract and the market. In India, commissioned photographs and films generally belong to the commissioner unless agreed otherwise, while in the UK the creator usually keeps copyright unless it is assigned in writing. We set usage scope, duration and ownership explicitly in every agreement.
Typically two to four weeks from approved brief to final files, depending on the number of creators, product shipping and revision rounds. Repeat batches with creators who already know the product are faster.
Yes. We cast creators who speak the language your customers use, including Hindi and South Indian languages in India and Arabic for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and we localise scripts rather than translating them word for word.
